A Rare Claus Bolby Pendant from Cebo Industri
An iconic pendant lamp designed by Claus Bolby and manufactured by Cebo Industri in Denmark during the 1970s. Bolby — an aircraft technician turned lighting designer — brought an engineer’s precision and a sculptor’s eye to his work, and this lamp is a fine example: the moulded acrylic shade in yellow and black with an aluminium brass finish is bold, graphic, and unmistakably of its era.
Suspended on a 13" chain, the lamp has strong presence whether hung low over a table or at ceiling height in a smaller space. In excellent original condition.
