How do you describe the condition of items?

We use the following condition grades:
Excellent: Near-perfect, minimal signs of age.
Good: Light wear consistent with age and use—adds to the character.
Fair: Visible wear or minor flaws, clearly noted in the product description.

Do you provide provenance or designer information?

Where known, we include the designer, manufacturer, and approximate production period in the product description. If you need more details about a specific piece, feel free to contact us.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship to?

We ship internationally. Delivery times and costs vary by destination—exact rates are calculated at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are typically dispatched within 2–4 business days. Delivery times depend on your location and chosen shipping method. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

How are fragile items packaged?

Fragile pieces such as ceramics and lighting are carefully packed with protective materials to ensure safe transit. We take great care to preserve each item during shipping.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the same condition as received. Please contact us before returning any item to receive return instructions.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will work with you to find a fair resolution.
