Vintage Tiffany-Style Stained Glass Suncatcher — Happy Fish, Lead Frame, Finland

A charming and well-crafted vintage stained glass suncatcher from Finland, depicting a happy fish in warm amber, blue, brown, and ivory glass — set within a traditional lead frame and finished with a leather hanging strap. A fine example of the Tiffany-style leaded glass craft that flourished across Scandinavia during the 1970s.

Hung in a window, each piece of coloured glass catches the light differently, animating the fish with a warmth and depth that no print can replicate. The design is folk-inflected but skilfully executed — decorative and joyful without being kitsch. A natural fit for a Scandinavian interior, a coastal aesthetic, or anywhere a quiet piece of handmade charm belongs.
